Thibault I.A.: an n8n demonstration from prospect to customer

Meet Thibault I.A., formerly Claude: prospecting, human contact, confirmed purchase and onboarding in a fictional n8n demonstration.

Simulated demonstration · fictional data · no connected services. This page processes no real records, messages, purchases or accounts.

Thibault I.A., formerly Claude I.A.: in testing, not yet installed at GlobalTech.

Observe the workflow and decisions

First simulate contact established by Stéphane, then choose no purchase or a confirmed purchase. Without a purchase, the record remains a prospect and onboarding does not start.

Hello, I am the avatar of Stéphane Judicaël, founder of GlobalTech. Today I am introducing Thibault I.A., formerly Claude I.A., our virtual agent for prospecting and sales follow-up.

Thibault is in testing. He is not yet installed at GlobalTech. This animation illustrates a proposed workflow with a fictional business and entirely simulated actions.

His goal is to contribute to customer acquisition: identify relevant prospects, prepare their qualification and organise follow-up. My involvement remains essential: I, Stéphane, as a real person, establish contact.

Each block represents a step. n8n coordinates research, analysis, checks and handovers between our applications and agents.

The workflow starts with a prospecting mission: what offer are we proposing, to which businesses and from which authorised sources? Thibault searches for leads within this scope and retains the source of the information.

In our example, he identifies Atelier Horizon, a fictional business that might need training in AI use. At this stage, the need remains a hypothesis to confirm.

Thibault analyses the available information, prepares an approach and checks for duplicates in sales follow-up. Recorded objections and preferences must be considered.

He then reports a prioritised prospect list to me: useful information, reasons to consider each lead and points that remain uncertain. He can also prepare next actions and summarise objections received.

The workflow stops for my involvement. I contact the prospect personally and record the outcome. In the animation, “Simulate contact established” represents this step.

Contact details and conversation information are then verified. A verified contact remains a prospect: verification alone does not turn the contact into a customer.

A second condition is needed: a confirmed purchase. The workflow awaits reliable confirmation under the chosen order or payment rule. If no purchase is recorded, Thibault retains prospect follow-up and proposes a next action to me.

When contact is verified and the purchase confirmed, Thibault can create or link the customer record. Conversion preserves links to the prospect and purchase and avoids creating a new record for each notification.

This approval opens the next part of the workflow. It prepares account access corresponding to the purchase and checks creation or activation. It can then trigger authorised communications: a welcome email, access confirmation and initial guidance.

Philippe I.A., formerly Kolt I.A., can then take over relationship support: gathering feedback and preparing enquiries suited to the customer’s preferences.

Thibault prepares and follows opportunities. I build the human relationship. Once the conditions are met, agents coordinate onboarding and customer support. No real research, sending or account creation occurs in this demonstration.

An acquisition process that preserves human relationships

Thibault I.A. aims to organise prospecting and sales follow-up: research leads in authorised sources, retain their provenance, prepare qualification and propose a prioritised list. The identified need remains a hypothesis to confirm. Atelier Horizon is a fictional business in this example; no real research or external outreach occurs.

Stéphane establishes contact; Thibault prepares follow-up

The workflow stops for Stéphane, a real person, to take over. After the human conversation, contact details and the recorded outcome are verified. A verified contact remains a prospect: verification alone is not a purchase. “Simulate no purchase” shows this case and retains prospect follow-up, without activating an account or preparing welcome messages.

Two conditions for customer conversion

In this scenario, conversion requires a verified contact and a confirmed purchase under a defined order or payment rule. It creates or links the customer record while preserving links to the prospect and purchase and avoiding duplicates. Access for the purchased offer is then prepared and checked before authorised welcome communications. None of these actions writes to a database from this demo.

Handover to Philippe I.A.

Philippe I.A., formerly Kolt I.A., represents planned relationship support: gathering feedback and preparing exchanges suited to customer preferences. This handover is part of the simulated workflow. Thibault is in testing and is not yet installed at GlobalTech; the presence of these profiles does not mean their connections are operational.

How can this process fit your business?

GlobalTech can help define a use case: the agent mission, authorised resources, steps suitable for automation, human decisions and traceability. Real integration requires application access, validated rules and testing within a controlled scope. This page explains the process; the animation is not an importable n8n workflow.
