Do you have products, expertise or a service to offer? Let’s build a useful first journey: showcase your offer, receive an enquiry, confirm terms and follow up with your customer.

Shopress.io · Ecommerce

Moény Pay · Payment project

Connect sales and payment

Your customer wants to buy: how can you offer a suitable payment method? Moény Pay explores this essential step in commerce, with a merchant-focused approach.

The journey must be defined according to the country, available provider and your business. Operational features, fees and terms will be clarified before integration.

TECERTIS · TPCF company

Learn and demonstrate your skills

TECERTIS, run by TPCF, brings training and skills assessment to the journey. The aim is to help you master the tools you use and make your learning visible.

The programme, prerequisites, assessment methods and scope of any proposed certificate are specified for each learning path.

Let’s discuss my shop

Your business, in three practical steps

These illustrative journeys show what we can design with you. The actual scope is defined after discussing your business.

From a post to an order enquiry

  1. Showcase

A post links to your catalogue: customers find products, useful details and a way to contact you.

  2. Confirm

You check availability, agree delivery and offer an accessible payment method through selected providers.

  3. Follow up

Enquiries are organised so you can find conversations and prepare after-sales support.

From a service to a clear appointment

  1. Explain

Present your service, examples and the details needed to request a quote.

  2. Clarify

A structured enquiry helps understand the need before booking a meeting or preparing a proposal.

  3. Organise

Find the accepted quote, agreed steps and useful information for delivering the service.

From a programme to learner support

  1. Inform

Prospective learners discover the programme, objectives, prerequisites and enrolment arrangements.

  2. Support

A REMINA learning path can organise resources, activities and exchanges with trainers.

  3. Assess

Assessment criteria and methods are defined in advance, with TPCF / TECERTIS where appropriate to the learning path.

And for your business?

Bring GLOBALTECH’s expertise to your project in Cameroon: web applications, SaaS, artificial intelligence, automation and professional training.

Web applications and SaaS

A business application to centralise information, support your team or offer an online service.

AI agents and automation

Identify a repetitive task, organise useful information and define human approvals before implementing a first workflow.

Everyday organisation

Email, enquiry tracking and planning: explore BALZAQ MAIL and DailyPilotAI, then discuss your own workflows.

Training and support

Learn to use your tools, structure content and train your team. Objectives and delivery arrangements are agreed before starting.

How do we start?

01

Your business

Describe your products, customers, current tools and the first problem you want to solve.

02

A first scope

Together we define useful features, content to prepare, timing and budget in a tailored proposal.

03

Getting started

We plan tool introductions, support and follow-up arrangements so you can use them in your everyday work.

Your questions before starting

Does a shop replace my social accounts?

Your shop can complement your posts: a video or message creates interest, then a link gives customers access to your catalogue and terms. The right balance depends on your business and customers.

Can we start with a small catalogue?

Yes. We can define an initial scope around a few products or services, then plan useful developments. The proposal specifies what is included and what requires additional development.

How do we choose payments for Cameroon?

Each provider must be checked for payment reception, withdrawals, fees and eligibility. PayPal documentation consulted on 5 October 2026 lists Cameroon as “Send only” in its seller eligibility table: country availability does not necessarily mean commercial payment reception is available. Moény Pay is a project to explore against these practical constraints.

Can you support remote training?

We define objectives, prerequisites, pace and support according to learners. A REMINA demonstration helps discuss the platform; training terms are covered by a separate proposal.

Your next step: tell us what you want to sell.

A product, service or course: tell us about your project. We will help you define the first journey to build.
