An AI agent: a mission, resources and limits
An AI agent can help analyse an email, find information in authorised documents or prepare a summary. Its value depends on a well-defined mission and available sources. It can make mistakes or lack information: its output must be open to review and correction.
For a company or training provider, straightforward examples include drafting replies, identifying missing documents or routing enquiries. Sensitive decisions and commitments remain subject to the human approval defined for each project.

Hello, I am the avatar of Stéphane Judicaël, founder of GlobalTech. An AI agent is a software assistant given a specific mission. It can analyse a request, consult authorised resources and prepare a proposal. An avatar is one way to present it: that face alone does not prove that a service is running behind the scenes. Take a training record. An assistant can identify a missing document and propose a reminder. It must distinguish available facts from information that still needs checking. A compliance decision or commitment remains subject to the responsible person. To build a useful agent, we begin with its mission, permitted data, limits and expected outputs. We then test concrete situations before integrating it with your application.
Automation: keep work moving
Automation connects steps according to rules: triggering, checking, transforming, passing information and recording follow-up. It can work without AI when a fixed rule is sufficient. An AI agent can be added when a step requires interpreting text or preparing a proposal.
The Sabine scenario illustrates this combination: an email triggers the workflow, permissions are checked, the assistant prepares a draft and a person approves before the next steps. n8n represents orchestration here. The applications named in the simulation are not connected to this page.

For example: receive an email, check its record, prepare document filing and request approval before sending a reply. Some steps follow fixed rules; others may use an AI agent to interpret content. In our Sabine demonstration, n8n represents this flow of information. The data is fictional and no services are connected. In a real project, we define access rights, error handling, duplicate checks and actions requiring approval. We start with a limited, repetitive task, then check that the process remains understandable and manageable for your team.
How do you choose an initial use case?
Choose a repetitive, understandable task whose output can be checked. Describe the current situation, required data and what must stay under your control. Is the demonstration an active service?
Sabine’s public demonstration is an educational simulation. Avatars already used in REMINA or QualiProcess IA are distinguished from connections and workflows still to be configured. Each real project requires its own access permissions, tests and approvals.
