Hello, I am the avatar of Stéphane Judicaël, founder of GlobalTech. Today I am introducing Sabine I.A., our virtual assistant for secretarial support, email and document filing. Her mission is to prepare correspondence and help you find documents. The animation illustrates a proposed workflow using fictional data; no services are connected. A correspondent sends a signed agreement and an invoice for a training session. The workflow simulates receipt in BALZAQ, checks access rights and loads Sabine’s mission and limits from Avatar Hub. Sabine analyses the message, checks the document index and proposes a draft reply and filing location. Everything remains in preparation until my approval. “Simulate my approval” illustrates that step. After simulated approval, the documents are indexed and the approved reply is passed to BALZAQ. A compliance question would be handed over to Hector I.A.; that branch is not executed in this example. The intended benefit is to reduce repetitive sorting and improve document follow-up while retaining human decisions.
A practical example for training administration
Training providers regularly receive agreements, invoices and requests for confirmation. When these exchanges are scattered across email accounts, finding a document or knowing whether a reply has been prepared can take time. The simulation starts with this everyday need: receive two documents, prepare their filing and propose an acknowledgement.
What Sabine prepares, and what you approve
Sabine I.A. prepares the message analysis, draft reply and filing proposal. The illustrated workflow checks the access scope first, then consults a document index. Before simulated sending or filing, a step requests human approval. This separation makes clear which work is assistance and which action commits a responsible person.
Sabine and Hector within QualiProcess IA
Sabine I.A. and Hector I.A. are avatars used on QualiProcess IA, a platform for managing Qualiopi compliance. In this scenario, Sabine represents email and document support; a compliance question is handed over to Hector. The mock-up illustrates this handover without executing that branch. It is not an audit, evidence of compliance or an importable n8n workflow.
