Web and mobile web developer — RNCP37674
Learn to design, develop and improve web applications through guided professional training.
Career objective and target qualification
Prepare to build secure web applications: turn requirements into usable interfaces, organise data, implement business logic and document deployment.
Qualification awarding body: the French ministry responsible for employment. Registration expires on 1 September 2028. Training prepares for the qualification; achievement depends on the jury assessment.
Official France compétences record ↗Audience, prerequisites and admission
Who is it for?
Adults changing careers, jobseekers, employees or freelancers who want to develop web skills.
Proposed programme prerequisites
Use a computer, manage files and browse the web; understand written instructions and apply problem-solving reasoning. A discussion and initial exercises assess suitability. These teaching requirements are not statutory qualification prerequisites.
Provide a computer able to run development tools, internet access, a microphone and a recent browser. Tools and compatibility checks are specified before admission.
Proposed duration and organisation
420 hours over 12 weeks at 35 hours per week: 80 synchronous hours and 340 hours of supported asynchronous activities.
Duration can be adjusted after assessment through a documented individual plan. Next session: date to be confirmed. Response and admission lead times must be set before publication.
Teaching language and any English-language support must be confirmed before enrolment.
Price and funding
Self-funded reference price: €1,290, subject to confirmation in a quote. VAT, included services, examination fees, payment schedule and cancellation terms must be specified before enrolment.
Funding must be confirmed by the funding organisation. CPF/EDOF access is not claimed as approved.
Proposed curriculum and expected outputs
The durations below represent average learning time, not only connection time. Each activity produces an output or an assessment.
| Module | Duration | Learning objective | Assessment / evidence |
|---|---|---|---|
| Onboarding, assessment and tools | 10 h 2 h sync. / 8 h async. | Set up tools and define individual goals. | Initial assessment and onboarding log. |
| Requirements and interface design | 30 h 6 h sync. / 24 h async. | Describe a need and create an accessible interface mockup. | Requirements document and mockup review. |
| HTML, CSS and responsive interfaces | 60 h 10 h sync. / 50 h async. | Build responsive, semantic and accessible pages. | Mini-project and accessibility check. |
| JavaScript and web interactions | 70 h 14 h sync. / 56 h async. | Develop interactions, handle data and consume an API. | Exercises, quizzes and interactive application. |
| Relational data and NoSQL introduction | 40 h 8 h sync. / 32 h async. | Model data and implement controlled queries and access. | Schema, queries and data tests. |
| Back-end, APIs and security | 70 h 14 h sync. / 56 h async. | Implement server logic, authentication and secure exchanges. | API, tests and security review. |
| Complete web project and deployment | 110 h 20 h sync. / 90 h async. | Integrate, test, document and deploy an application. | Project, versioned repository and deployment documentation. |
| Project documents, technical English and jury practice | 30 h 6 h sync. / 24 h async. | Explain technical choices and prepare certification documents. | Practice presentation and learning review. |
| Total | 420 h | 80 h synchronous / 340 h supported asynchronous | |
Professional project: design a use case, build a front-end and back-end, test, deploy and explain design decisions. Qualification documents draw on outputs created throughout the programme.
Distance learning: activities and support
The proposed delivery combines virtual classes, demonstrations, structured resources, reviewed exercises, mini-projects and individual feedback. REMINA and Word Builder may support the programme; actual tool access is specified in the learner handbook.
- Before each sequence: objectives, instructions, resources and average activity duration.
- Teaching support: questions to the trainer and progress meetings; frequency, hours and response times to be validated.
- Technical support: a contact for access or tooling problems and a documented alternative; responsible person and response time to be published.
- Follow-up: submissions, outputs, assessments and exchanges. A connection alone does not prove completion of an activity.
Assessment throughout the programme
Initial assessment, weekly quizzes, reviewed exercises, mini-projects, code reviews, a complete project and a practice presentation. Proposed criteria cover functionality, security, accessibility, data and design rationale.
An individual review identifies learning achievements, gaps and remedial activities. Criteria, thresholds and reassessment arrangements are documented before the session opens. A training attendance certificate is distinct from the professional qualification.
Qualification assessment, blocks and progression
Two qualification blocks: RNCP37674BC01 (secure front-end) and RNCP37674BC02 (secure back-end). Preparation can target the qualification or a block, subject to the agreed learning plan and examination admission arrangements.
For the full qualification, the official record specifies a 35-minute project presentation, a 40-minute technical interview, a 30-minute professional questionnaire and a 15-minute final interview: 2 hours total. Documents and admission arrangements must follow the applicable assessment rules.
Approved examination centre, presentation agreement, venue, dates and fees: not yet provided. They must be confirmed before commitment to a qualification pathway. This page does not claim examination-centre approval.
The record lists correspondences with RNCP31114. Any equivalence or exemption requires verification against the candidate’s documents and applicable rules. Possible progression includes front-end/back-end specialisation or application design training, subject to admission requirements.
Target roles include web, front-end, back-end and full-stack developer. Career opportunities do not constitute an employment guarantee.
Accessibility and adjustments
Share your needs before starting: pace, materials, technical tools or teaching assessments. A review considers feasible adjustments; referral to a specialist can be proposed with your agreement. Examination adjustments follow awarding-body and approved-centre rules.
Accessibility coordinator: to be appointed. Interim contact for routing your request: the training contact form.
Results and performance indicators
Published results come from aggregated batches reviewed and approved in QualiProcess AI. Each batch identifies its programme, period and scope. Evidence coverage is not an achievement rate.
Available data is being checked. No unsupported rate is displayed. Other group companies’ results are not attributed to this organisation. Contact us for available data and its scope.
A pending qualification is neither a success nor a failure. Small cohorts are protected; results do not guarantee an individual outcome.
Quality, complaints and documents
Quality preparation must bring together information documents, the approved curriculum, initial assessment, agreement, learner handbook, progress records, assessments and reviews. Evidence must reflect actual practices.
To submit a complaint, identify the session, issue and desired resolution through Contact. The procedure must define responsibility, acknowledgement, handling times, escalation and closure; these arrangements must be documented in the learner handbook.
Training documents: handbook, rules and terms
Improved documents are available as working drafts. Applicable versions will be supplied after approval together with the individual curriculum and examination arrangements.
